An ITIL-certified consultant will review your current IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network structure (including wiring), security, and Internet Service Provider (ISP). We will also work with you to assess your maintenance contracts, hardware lifecycle, and software licensing.
Clients will receive a detailed explanation of our findings and suggestions for improvement.

Our method of consulting is designed to not only improve your IT infrastructure, but also to lessen your reliance on 3rd party providers. All details on reducing this reliance are included in the report, along with a financial breakdown and estimated savings based upon your company’s current service contract or local service provider costs.

Services:

Wiring:
Whether you’re opening a new building or just require additional outlets, we can provide you with professional wiring services. There are two levels of wiring available, and pricing for each is at a “by the foot” rate. There may be additional cost involved depending on the construction of the target building—our design engineers are happy to explain any and all variances that may affect the overall cost.

Hardware Purchases:
As part of your IT Infrastructure Assessment, Client 1st Technology Solutions will provide detailed guidance on hardware to meet your company’s needs. As a Dell Small Business Partner we provide quotes based on the availability of Dell hardware. However, if you prefer to use another vendor, we are happy to assist any hardware purchase.

Hardware Installations:
Our team can install any computer/server/peripheral hardware for you. For hardware not purchased through Client 1st Technology Solutions, we ensure our team is familiar with the product well ahead of the installation date.
Any PC or server hardware purchased from Client 1st Technology Solutions includes software and hardware installation— there is no additional installation cost after the initial purchase.

Software:
Each company has its own needs and wants. Client 1st Technology Solutions is there to assist from the ground up. Software is an integral part of your infrastructure —and also one of the most expensive. Client 1st Technology Solutions will ensure that you purchase the best software for your needs and don’t spend more than is necessary on licensing, while retaining a legal status. Although not certified trainers, our staff can provide basic training on Microsoft Office products, web page design, and hosting solutions.

Web Page Design:
With the Internet now a part of most homes, and increasingly available outside the home on portable devices, your Web site is now a vital gateway to customers.
